Elevator Reservations
Amana Lofts has one elevator, so all move-ins, move-outs, and furniture deliveries must be reserved. Reservations are Monday–Saturday, first come, first served, up to 3 per day, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to management. No Sundays or holidays.

Before move day
Move-Day Rules
✓Start and finish within your reserved slot.
✓Elevator pads must be in place before moving furniture.
✓Pack and unpack inside your unit, not in hallways, the lobby, or the garage.
✓Movers must take all boxes and packing material off the property. Cardboard may never go down the trash chute.
✓Nothing may ever be moved through a window.
✓Small hand-carried items don't need a reservation if the elevator isn't booked.
✓Damage is charged to the tenant. Fines are listed in your lease.
